When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. All orders are handled and shipped out from our domestic and international warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship worldwide, so most of our products are always in high demand. Our garage covers are immediately sent for production once you place the order.
Each garage cover takes two to five days to go from raw materials to final printed cover. After that, it generally takes around 8-16 business days to most locations in the US for most orders and 1-3 weeks for international orders (depending on location), most of which are delivered within 3 weeks.
We are closed on 31st December and most public holidays, so orders are shipped on the next working day.
While we do everything we can to ensure you will get your order as soon possible, these timelines are also dependent on our postal carrier and can sometimes take longer than expected, such as weeks or month preceding Halloween, Black Friday or Christmas season. We ship out orders from our warehouses in China or United States depending on availability and proximity. Some orders may be shipped separately to save on shipping costs and prevent unnecessary customs inspection.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package with a quicker shipping and full tracking! The postal service is out of our control. If you fail to make the necessary arrangements to receive it, package might get returned to us and you might be liable to pay shipping charges. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
