Refund & Return Policy

We offer a FREE replacement guarantee on all orders, if the item received by the customer is defective. Simply notify us asap, within 2 days of delivery, providing pictures or video proof to help@getgaragebuddy.com for verification. If confirmed defective on arrival, we’ll happily send a brand new replacement. Note that colors may vary due to lighting. If the defect is determined to be customer-caused, an exchange will not be possible


Cancellations

We can cancel any order without any fees if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours from the point of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have elapsed and the order has gone for processing, then we might not be able to cancel your order or a 15% cancellation fee would be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Returns

If the customer was not able to accept delivery for the product and the product was returned to us by the postal carrier, the repeat shipping cost would be borne by the customer. However, we will not make you pay any restocking fee.


Late or Missing Refunds

Once a refund has been processed from our end, we have no control over that amount. If you haven’t received a refund yet, and we have confirmed that it has been processed from our end, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund reflects into your account. 

 

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the maximum guaranteed time (45 days) globally, you can request a refund or a reshipment. You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message to help@getgaragebuddy.com Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

Invalid Reasons

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at GarageBuddy. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. Once 24 hours have passed after an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with us to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. Once 24 hours have passed after an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with us to purchase all items in that order.
